Reginald Kissinger, Kalamazoo Police Department, Distinguished Service Award

Reginald Kissinger served on the Kalamazoo Police Department from 1955 to 1982. On May 30, 1980, Kissinger was honored with this Distinguished Service Award from the Chief of Police and Kalamazoo’s City Manager for “Excellence in Professional Service” in the days that followed the tornado disaster.
